1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") define the conditions for using TabinoTe ("Service"). By using the Service, all users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Service Provision

The Service provides free tools for creating and sharing travel plans. The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without prior notice.

3. User Responsibility and Shared URL Management

Users are responsible for managing shared URLs, checking the accuracy of content they enter, and saving or backing up important information when necessary. Anyone who knows a shared URL may be able to view or edit a trip within the permissions configured for that trip.

4. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
• The operator is not liable for data loss, system issues, or other damages arising from use of the Service.
• Map and facility information may rely on third-party services such as Google Maps APIs, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Data retention policy: data is automatically deleted when either 1 year has passed after trip end date, or 6 months have passed since last access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that damage or interfere with servers or network functions of the Service
• Acts that collect personal information of others or harass other users
• Use of the Service for malicious purposes such as spam or phishing

6. Rights and User-Submitted Content

Rights to the Service's programs, designs, text, images, and other content belong to the operator or the relevant rights holders.

Users are responsible for the trip information, notes, URLs, and other content they enter into the Service. Users must not submit content that infringes third-party rights, highly sensitive information, or information that is not suitable for sharing.

7. Advertising

Parts of the Service may display third-party advertisements such as Google AdSense. These ad providers may use cookies to show ads based on user interests.

8. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these Terms at any time without notifying users. Revised Terms become effective when posted on this website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. If a dispute arises in relation to the Service, the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the operator's location will be the exclusive court of first instance.
